• Cleaning fee: EUR 161 per accommodation, per stay.
• Utility fee: EUR 21 per accommodation, per night

• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
