After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. "We had a great stay at the The Views Baia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was very comfortable. The shower was very good. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Extensive choice and continuously replenished. The indoor pool and spa were very enjoyable. Special thanks to the hotel for taking the trouble to post some items left in the room, back to the UK. "
