Great location easy to get to main areas of Porto. You can use Bolt taxi service really easily if you prefer not to walk.
Lovely apartment, with great facilities, everything you need including hair dryer, iron etc.
Nice clean rooms. Great having a main bathroom and downstairs bathroom.
Check in and check out process was easy. The main door to the apartment needs a bit of practice but once you work it out it is super easy (trick is to pull door towards you and turn key).
We would recommend this apartment.

Building and apartment are fantastic. Bed super comfy. Lighting is low so if you have visual concerns the downstairs kitchen and dining area is not well lit. The giant floor to ceiling windows are street level so you will need to be decently attired to have the blinds up. Could use an extra comforter and towels.
The property itself is great. Can’t say anything bad about the interior so if you like modern interior and extremely clean apartment, this one is 100% for you.
The only thing I didn’t like was the noisy guests :)

Lovely well presented new apartment which 10-15 minute walk from the centre and close to a good selection of restaurants. Great value for money and very responsive on chat when needed. Would use again
I’ve always stayed in Porto in different places and have always enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, this time I chose this apartment, and it turned out to be a very poor decision.
Two hours before check-in, I was informed that the previous guest had left the apartment in bad condition and had broken the toilet seat. I was assured that everything had been fixed before my arrival.
However, when I arrived, this was not true. The toilet seat was still broken, and the flush was not working properly. The sofa was also dirty and stained, which immediately made the apartment feel unclean.
I contacted the host and requested a partial refund so I could move to another property, but this was refused. On top of that, an additional €300 deposit had been taken, which made it difficult for me to book alternative accommodation.
We ended up staying the night, but it was one of the worst nights I’ve had. The mattress was extremely thin ,it felt like sleeping on the floor, and I could not rest properly. I reported this as well, but again, nothing was done and no solution was offered.
By the second day, after some rain, a strong damp smell started coming from the walls. It became very intense and made it difficult to breathe, especially for someone like me with asthma.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

L’hôtelier ne changeait pas les serviettes sales si on ne lui demandait pas de nouvelles serviettes propres. Et même ainsi, il ne reprenait pas les serviettes sales. On a dû les garder dans un coin du logement toute la semaine. Aussi, il ne fournissait pas le papier de toilette. Donc pour une semaine nous avions 1 rouleau et demi. On a dû utiliser les essais tout car on ne voulait pas acheter de paquets pour leur laisser le reste. On leur a demander un rouleau de plus mais ils ont refusé. Conclusion, ils préfèrent gérer le commentaire publique du client que d’ajouter un rouleau à 0.50€.
