It has 2 bedrooms; a bathroom; a living room with a table and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi; the kitchenette has all the essentials for your stay. And for your convenience it has air conditioning and a washing machine.

You can request our transfer service whenever necessary (price on request)

You also have a vast network of public transport at your disposal.

Other Things to Note:
Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.


In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force.
The €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just need to request it (price on request)

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request).
