Very dirty room. Stained sheets, sofa and chairs. Tap not working properly. Light bulbs not working. Dirty kitchen cupboards. Scuffed walls and marks everywhere. Was given the wrong door code and spent the first 30 minutes on the stairs waiting for my stay to send the correct code. Outside area was dirty and in very poor state of repair. Decking all broken and uneven. Would not recommend my stay or use again.

Completely different to what was described. If you come here for the swimming pool please don't come there is a pool but it is full of mould and is totally unsafe to swim in. There did not provide any water bottles as described , there isn't an oven, it isn't soundproof, you can here every word someone says a floor below you. The entire apartment is unbelievably filthy and it's a shame to waste such a nice location for this. The kitchen and toilet's lights are not working, shower door broken and the worst thing is when I complained to the office on the first day I checked in and she said someone will come to fix it. I lived there more than 5 days, no one come and call me to check. This is ridiculous and I won't come back to this property and will not recommend anyone to book with this apartment.

Hébergement très bien situé. Moins de 10 minutes de la gare Sao Bento, près du marché Bolhao et à 15 minutes du Pont Dom Luis. Piscine petite, mais parfaite pour se rafraichir les après-midi.

Otíma localização, boa cama, bom banheiro, tudo muito limpo e bem arrumado com bom gosto. A comunicação é dificil, não tem nenhuma informação sobre uso de wi-fi, e o painel de informação com QR-Cod, não funcionou.

O apartamento está em um prédio com outras unidades para temporada recém reformado. Não tem porta separando quarto da sala (se alugo apto quero privacidade...senão ficaria em hotel) o box do banheiro acumula água. Poucos utensílios de cozinha. Fui acordada pelo alarme dos corredores disparando...disseram que é um problema no sensor que dispara qd algo é colocado no cook top sem acionar a exaustão...resumindo...mal feito.

Great Place to stay in the heart of porto. Excellent accommodation and fantastic staff. Lots of little things provided to make your stay comfortable. Couldnt fault it. Easy access from the airport by metro. It will cost you 2.60 on the metro, get the metro from the airport to Trinadade and then either walk (15-20 mins) or change and get the metro to Bolhao about 5 min walk. (Really easy) There are lots of local supermarkets within 5 min walk. Pingo doce around the corner, continente in catarina shopping centre. There is lots of places to eat nearby. The shopping centre called Catarina (i think) around the corner has a food hall on the top floor, good if its raining. FC porto shop nearby if you would like to watch a match go to the shop you can buy tickets there and then jump on the metro (takes about 7 mins) easy! There is historic restaurant at the end of the street called confeterai do bolhao, they do a daily set menu (3 courses and glass of wine around 8 euros), lovely place and amazing service.

Apart. reformado, bien ubicado y poco insonorizado

El apartamento es pequeño pero está bien ubicado. Reformado y nuevo con muebles de Ikea. Por las noches se oyen a las personas subir y bajar por las escaleras, eso se debe a la poca insonorización que hay. Hicimos la reserva por Hoteles.com y cuando llegamos a la oficina me dicen que tengo que pagar 25€ más por la limpieza del apartamento, y por supuesto les dije que no iba a pagar ese dinero porque la reserva que tenía ya tenía todo incluido. Me dijeron que llamase a Hotels.com para arreglarlo y les dije que no era cosa mía y que lo solucionacen ellos. Así que mucho cuidado, estáis avisados. Lo único que tuve que pagar fueron los 2€ por persona que te cobran como impuesto de turismo. Por todo lo demás, bien.

다른 건 다 좋았는데 호스트와 연락이 잘 안됐어요! 아침에 준비하는데 정전이 돼서 문자를 남겼는데 답장을 끝까지 안 해주셨어요. 숙박하기 전에는 답장 잘 해주시더니... 그리고 여기서 지불하는 비용 외에도 따로 청소 비용이라고 돈을 받습니다!! 그거 외에는 숙소도 깨끗하고 조리기구도 있어서 정말 좋았어요!

A estadia correu muito bem, o apartamento é muito bom e muito bem situado. A recepção foi muito simpática e prestável. As duas situações que não agradaram foram as seguintes: 1. Fazer a reserva no site Hoteis.com, com tudo pago e ser surpreendido no check-in com a taxa de limpeza de 25€ que supostamente já estava incluída na reserva. 2. Falha eléctrica.
