Good location as we did some cooking and we’re near food stores as well as restaurants. Also good for public transportation. Clients need to know that checkin is at the nearby Hotel do Norte, and that luggage needs to be carried up one flight to the lift after entering the apartment building. We were grateful for quick response to service requests and having washer, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator.

We stayed in appartment 1b, on arrival we collected our keys from Hotel Do Norte which was just around the corner from the appartment, the staff at the hotel were happy, helpful and friendly. The apartment was on the main shopping high street, yet when in the apartment you wouldn't know you were above a busy high street as it was very quiet. The apartment its self was extremly clean and smelt very devine! It was equipped with everything you would expect in a self catering accommodation. The location was superb, we said a few times whilst there, that it was a perfect location to walk to all the attactions we had planned to see, plus came across many others on the way due to the perfect location, also having the Sao Bento metro station on the corner was a bonus. We wasnt sure what apartment we were getting from the pictures in the advert, but we ended up with 1B which could have slept 5 people, 1 superking 1 double and 1 single, all comfortable and clean lining for the bedding. We did think we were going to have a balcony but the appartment we stayed in didnt, but this was not a concern for us, we were out exploring from morning until evening. Lovely brautiful city (now one of our favourites) we would highly recommend!

The property was really spacious, clean, quiet and safe. Dining and many attractions are in walkable distance. Just that washing machine was not working in my room which was a bummer for me as I booked because of that. Also, Iron box was not available. Checkin will be done at different place which is 50m away from the apartment. I was not able to reach the property owner via phone or message. May be, I should have contacted the person at the checkin hotel

Awesome little apartment in the heart of the old town area, close to shopping and completely walkable. We saw complaints about it being loud, but if you close ALL the windows it is very quiet even when the street is packed on a Friday night. For American travelers: first floor means second floor in Europe. Ground floor is zero there. The elevator is on the first floor in European terms, so you will need to haul your baggage up a flight of stairs. We did not realize that, but that error is on us for not understanding the difference in terminology. Also, apartments don’t have dryers in Europe, so be prepared to hang your clothes to dry. Bring a clothesline. We would stay here again!

Bien comunicado. Pero no hubo servicio de limpieza en dos dias seguidos. No siquiera para reponer jabón de ducha ni el único rollo de papel higiénico. Además zona ruidosa de buena mañana.

Good location

It’s not easy to find the location of this apartment, however, the check in staff gave us a detailed information to locate for the apartment. Her service was good. The apartment was just located within the shopping area. It was just 2-3min walk from metro station. Luckily there’s lift for this apartment, however, we still have to climb 1level of stairs to the lift.
