Set in a 18th century building, renovated in 2017, The Brewmaster's House - Casa da Picaria is located at 100 m from Praça D. Filipa de Lencastre and a 10-minute walk from Trindade Metro Station. The emblematic São Bento railway station, Clérigos Tower and Bookshop – Livraria Lello are within a 10-minute walk each, while Ribeira is a 20-minute walk.

Each of the apartments maintains the spirit and the architecture of the original building, coupled with a contemporary décor.

The apartments are equipped with a small kitchenette, private bathroom, flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centralissima. A piedi si possono raggiungere i luoghi più interessanti della città! L’interno è accogliente , pulito, ordinato , silenzioso e ben organizzato. Vicino si trovano numerosi ristoranti e supermercati. Una location super raccomandata
