Dear GinaThank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the small bathroom, but we have larger apartments with larger bathrooms, it depends on the apartment you booked. If you wanted a bigger bathroom, it would have been better to book one of our larger apartments. Regarding the musty smell when you enter the building, it's very strange because, despite the age of the building, we have a laundry room on the ground floor, which usually gives off a fresh smell of freshly washed clothes. Regarding the lack of elevator, preserving the original architecture of the 19th century building is important to us, and we are always available to help carry luggage or provide any other assistance needed. We thank you for your understanding and hope you come back to enjoy your stay with us in a larger apartment.
