Perfekt ausgestattete Mini-Villa. Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Giulia und das Meer von der großen Terrasse aus. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Schöner Poolbereich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt - klare Empfehlung!

Nous avons passés une semaine fabuleuse avec nos 2 filles en bas âge. Le logement est complètement adapté aux enfants. Nous sommes venus en avion avec peu de jouets et à ma grande surprise il y avait le nécessaire set de jouets de plage + quelques jeux de sociétés, c’était très agréable. La vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia est fabuleuse, la piscine très appréciable et le logement très fonctionnel. La communication avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli a été parfaite avant l’arrivée, pendant le séjour et après. Nous reviendrons !

Villa très bien située, très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable ! Très belle vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia. La Résidence est très calme. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire qui est très soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement !

Wir hatten wundervolle 2Wochen in einer großartig ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Giuglia und das offene Meer. In der Nähe viele schöne Strände. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa sur les hauteurs de Santa Giulia. La villa est très propre, confortable et bien équipée. La terrasse dispose d'une vue magnifique sur la baie. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

In der Unterkunft fehlte es an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist super: reichlich Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Nespresso-Maschine, Toaster usw., bequeme Betten, AppleTV und Klimaanlage ... Von der Terrasse, auf der auch an heißen Tagen ein angenehmes Klima herrscht, hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Giulia (einfach wunderbar!). Der Empfang und das Mieten der Bettwäsche durch die Verwalterin haben super geklappt. Sehr nett! Die Lage im Süden Korsikas ist ideal zum Baden, Schnorcheln und auch Wandern in den Bergen. Man kann den Strand von Santa Giulia in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, allerdings ist der Aufstieg recht beschwerlich, besonders bei heißen Temperaturen. Den Gemeinschaftspool konnten wir leider nicht so richtig nutzen, da wir zu den Öffnungszeiten von 9:00 bis 19:00 Uhr eigentlich immer unterwegs waren. Wenige Kilometer entfernt in Porto-Vecchio gibt es einige Geschäfte für die Einkäufe.

Quel séjour ! L’emplacement est exceptionnel avec une vue panoramique sur la baie de Santa Giulia et sur la Sardaigne au loin. Le logement est extrêmement bien équipé avec une très jolie décoration. Appartement très bien agencé, équipé, et décoré avec goût et qualité par des propriétaires attentionnés. Vue de rêve, depuis la terrasse, sur la quasi totalité de la baie aux couleurs lagon de Santa Giulia. Seul bémol éventuel: la remontée de la plage nécessite de bonnes jambes pour celles et ceux qui ne veulent pas descendre à la plage avant 9h ni payer le parking proximité plage (5€ tarif journée - avec possibilité de sortir et re rentrer à volonté- devenu semble-t-il le standard pour les plages renommées aux environs de porto vecchio telles notamment Rondinare). En résumé : un séjour post très haute saison parfait.

Logement très bien équipé (on s'est vite sentis comme à la maison), très pratique et fonctionnel, climatisation dans les 2 chambres et dans la pièce de vie. Superbe terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Santa Guilia (on ne s'en est pas lassé une seule seconde !) Piscine commune à plusieurs logement très agréable. Environnement idéal pour de belles vacances. Une propriétaire soucieuse que tout se passe bien et Katia qui gère très bien l'arrivée et le départ toujours avec le sourire. Un séjour parfait ! Anne D.

dans un lotissement bien agencé, joliment décorée, bien entretenue, terrasse avec vue sur la superbe baie de Santa Guilia. La plage en contrebas, avec route pentue pour la remontée, idéal pour une remise en forme. Très bon séjour.

Très bonne adresse, les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Il ne manque rien dans le logement, c'est comme à la maison ! Tout est très bien équipé ,Machine à laver, lave vaisselle, machine nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, climatisation... 2Transats sur une terrasse surplombant la baie de Santa giulia (juste sublime !), parasols de plage.. Grande Plancha , La Literie y est confortable, aussi il y a un service de location pour le linge, ce qui est bien pratique lorsqu'on arrive en Avion. L'emplacement est idéal au coeur des plus jolies plages du Sud de la Corse.Vous pouvez descendre à pied à la plage env 10mn par la route, par contre la montée est d'autant plus difficile surtout en plein mois d'aout . Les trajets en voiture ne sont pas pénibles car nous longeons le bord de mer pour arriver sur les plages, il faut bien choisir ses horaires lorsqu'on veut bouger ; Il y a quelques boutiques (dont un SPAR) pour faire vos courses à quelques kilomètres .

Villa décorée avec goût, disposant de 2 vraies chambres, climatisée et très bien équipée (plancha, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, lave vaisselle, lave linge, parasols, chaises de plage...). De la terrasse on voit la plage de Santa Giulia. C’est superbe. Accès à une grande piscine dans la résidence. Pour la plage il vaut mieux prendre la voiture car même si ce n’est pas très loin la remontée est difficile avec la chaleur. Un très bel endroit !

Very nice and comfortable mini-villa with a breath-taking view over the bay Santa Guiglia. Nearby is everything you need for a great vacation: fantastic beaches, restaurants and shops, and still the surrounding is very peaceful. My husband and I had a great week here, and we would love to return. The owner and the care-taker have been very helpful. Thank you!

idéalement situé au dessus de la plage de Santa Giulia, très bien équipé, l'appartement présente tout le confort attendu (et même plus) pour une famille. La décoration est moderne, tout est en parfait état. la piscine est proche, parfaitement entretenue, la plage devient presque superflue.

Vacances inoubliables !!! C'est pourquoi nous y retournons depuis plusieurs années. Villa face à la baie de Santa Guilla, de quoi profiter de la très belle terrasse !!! L'intérieur est très bien équipé et fonctionnel.Villa très bien entretenue. De vrais moments en famille, sans oublier la piscine !!!!
