Charming detached villa with terrace close to the sea

Charming detached villa located at the north entrance of Porto Vecchio, just a few minutes from the beaches of Saint Cyprien, Cala Rossa, Pinarello.
The villa is of recent construction and is composed as follows;
A large living room open onto the kitchen and overlooking a beautiful covered terrace ideal for lunch in the shade.
The sleeping area separated by a door with,
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
1 bedroom with shower and sink, bed (160x200)
1 bedroom with 2 small 90 x 200 beds
1 independent WC.
1 Bathroom with double sink and 1 WC.
Possibility of additional sleeping with extra bed on request.
A deposit of 1000 € is requested on arrival.
Pets are allowed with a € 900 deposit.
Compulsory cleaning fee 100 €.
Available on request; high chair, cot.

Une vraie maison de famille

Maison très propre et très agréable pour passer du temps en famille. L’hôte est adorable et vous serez très bien accueilli! Seul bémol, il faut la voiture pour tout faire.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Isa la maison est agréable et très bien agencée nous n’avons manqué de rien et la situation géographique de la maison nous a permis de rejoindre des plages différentes tous les jours Un grand merci à Isa pour son accueil et ses petits gestes qui venaient de son jardin Patrick

Wohlfühlhaus am Stadtrand. Supermarkt 7/7 in der Nähe. Herzlicher Empfang. Salate, Gemüse und Eier aus eigenem Garten gibt es gratis. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Un séjour au top!

Une superbe location, très bien équipée, très propre et bien placée. Un accueil parfait et tres chaleureux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée (produits locaux et produits frais du jardin). Nous avons qu'une envie y retourner, encore merci pour ce superbe séjour. Très belle location, mais....

Très belle location spacieuse avec toutes les commodités pour 6 personnes. Dommage de galérer pour trouver la location par manque d'indication précise. A déconseiller fortement aux motards, accès impraticable en grosse cylindrée.🏍️💨. Appareils à moustiques obligatoires... 😱

Une maison très agréable à tous points de vue: spacieuse, pratique et très confortable. La réalité est encore plus belle que sur les photos! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui étaient présents et disponibles en cas de souci. A recommander mais surtout à revenir!

Notre Séjour :-)

Nous avons passé un agréable dans cette villa. Cette maison propose tout le confort que l’on puisse attendre. Mme Figueras nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous avons apprécié les spécialités locales mises à notre disposition lors de notre arrivée (gâteaux et boissons fraîches) Les plages sont proches (10mn en voiture). Cerise sur la gâteau, il y aura une piscine l’année prochaine ….

LE PARADIS

Excellent séjour dans la villa, extrêmement bien équipée, il ne manque rien au confort. La situation est parfaite pour visiter toute la Corse du Sud, tout en étant assez retirée pour se retrouver complètement au calme le soir et se reposer. Les propriétaires savent faire preuve à la fois du sens d'hospitalité, de sympathie, de discrétion et de disponibilité. La villa est d'une propreté irréprochable et très belle! Le jardin et la terrasse vous permettent de passer des soirées de rêves! On se sent vraiment comme à la maison! Vivement l'année prochaine :)
