Great place for family vacation

We had a great stay! The owner welcomed us upon our arrival and explained the set up. The house was really clean, well equipped and in great shape. The pool and the barbecue place are a nice extra, especially when traveling with the family and kids. Distance to Porto Vecchio is really good and well manageable in the evenings for dinner etc… We fully recommend the place!

We arranged late in the evening and the sat nav in the rental car took us away from the apartment so we missed the entrance in the dark,however, Fabrice was in contact to ensure we found our way.Also,throughout our stay via WhatsApp in case we needed anything - provided extra towels on request.The apartment is very roomy and you could easily sleep 7 guests(including the single bed on the mezzanine). The kitchen is very well equipped and we used the BBQ once - coal,etc was provided which was a nice touch. The pool is lovely - everything very clean. Centre of Porto Vecchio is an easy 15minute walk.The electric bus (free) stops regularly not far from the entrance to the lane and will take you to the town or marina - brilliant service. This was our first trip to Corsica - thoroughly recommended.Thank you, Fabrice

Es war ein sehr schönes und super ausgestattetes Haus. Die Küche war komplett und uns fehlte nichts. Es gab Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, usw. sowie elektrische Rollläden. Uns gefielen auch die drei Balkons und die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Es wirkte wertig und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Fabrice war immer schnell und überaus freundlich und sympathisch zur Stelle. Er checkte zudem jeden Tag den schönen Pool und den super gepflegten Garten. Das Haus liegt abseits in einer sehr ruhigen, grünen Gegend. In der Nähe hat es eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke / Drogerie. Es fährt wohl ein kleiner Bus zum Hafen und zur Altstadt, welchen wir aber nicht nutzten. Gehzeit bis zur Altstadt ca. 20 Min. Einzig den Wasserkocher müsste man entkalken und den Boden feucht aufnehmen (er war sauber aber die Socken schmutzig). Je nach Nachbarn und Empfindlichkeit kann es etwas hellhörig sein (Fliesenboden). Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Großartige Unterkunft in kleiner Anlage (4 Häuser), zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleineres Zimmer mit Stockbett, außerdem ein Einzelbett auf dem Zwischenstock. Küche voll ausgestattet, toller großer, sauberer Gemeinschaftspool mit viel Platz. Super Lage: schnell an der Landstraße, die in alle Richtungen führt und zu Fuß in die Altstadt in 15 Minuten, sehr ruhig. Einfach ein Traum! Guter Bäcker fußläufig. Vermieter kommuniziert extrem schnell und ist sehr nett. Würden sofort wieder kommen, danke Fabrice für diese wunderschöne Zeit im Süden Korsikas!Genereller Hinweis für Reisen an die Süd/Ostküste Korsikas im Sommer: Mückenspray mitnehmen, die Tiere sind hier auch tagsüber aktiv!

schönes Ferienhaus mit super Pool

entspannen wird hier leicht gemacht - der Vermieter ist sehr verbindlich und kommuniziert verständlich und knapp . Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend. Lediglich eine Lampe über dem Esstisch fehlt und das Sofa hat seine besten Tage eher hinter sich. Die Betten sind bequem- die Lage vom Objekt ist sehr gut- ruhig und zugleich in guter Nähe zum Zentrum von Porto Vecchio. Ein guter Bäcker ist zu Fuß ums Eck.

LOGEMENT PARFAIT

Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme de Porto Vecchio. Il est bien équipé, cuisine américaine, salon spacieux avec terrasse agréable. Grandes penderies dans les chambres. Vu sur la piscine de belles dimensions et très propre. 2 salles de bains ce qui facilite la vie. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. L'environnement est très zen et permet de se ressourcer. Le centre ville et les commerces sont proches. Les plages de Palombaggia à quelques minutes de route. En résumé tout est parfait. Merci à Monsieur Michelozzi pour son hospitalité. Nous espérons revenir bientôt...
