The house enjoys a privileged seafront location, with direct access to the pedestrian street of the rocks: through a private gate you can reach Portopaglietto beach and Coco Loco's bathing establishment in just 3 minutes on foot (about 100 m). The house is located close to the historic centre of Portoscuso where there are restaurants, bars and shops.

For those who enjoy an even more authentic contact with the sea, it is possible to swim directly from the rocks just below the house.

Ideal for those seeking relaxation, crystal-clear sea and nature in the heart of south-west Sardinia.
