"We stayed here for two nights before our South Hampton Cruise departure. It was a great price compared to the prices near South Hampton Cruise Terminal. The staff was accommodating. They assisted us with getting a taxi from the mall back to the hotel. The Breakfast was really great. We had no issues checking in or out, they refunded the the hold on our card straight away. I would recommend."

"The room was very clean and had all that was needed. The restaurant is nicely decorated and a lovely place to eat, the food was delicious and the service was very good. The Dukes room is a nice relaxing place and we drank a few cocktails in there, the staff are very good and attentive to any needs. The outside area is great, although we did not make use of it it did look like a place you could relax and have a nice drink outside. Overall the staff at the hotel are very polite, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at the Queens hotel before and will be sure to stay again."
