Falsely advertised as a sea view

I booked this apartment 11 months in advance, and specifically this apartment because it was (and still is) being advertised that it has a sea view. Having looked forward immensely to a weekend by the sea, staying in an apartment overlooking the sea, you can imagine my disappointment on entering the apartment to find not one sea view from the apartment. On contacting the owner, he advised that as someone else had paid him more (through an alternative travel website) he gave the apartment to them. So whilst the Flat itself was clean and functional, it is not a premium apartment with a sea view. Incredibly disappointing - so if you are booking this flat, I would contact the owner early to make sure you get what is advertised!!!

FANTASTIC stay in Beautiful Portsmouth

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this apt as there was being work done on it. The owner was great at finding us another apt to stay in at Ace One in Gunwarf Quays. This apt was OUTSTANDING. The location was Fantastic, everthing was on our doorstep. The apt was so welcoming and homely. It was just beautiful!

Home from home

This apartment is in an excellent spot, overlooking the Solent. Clean, modern and comfortable it is a home from home. There were some minor issues when I arrived that were quickly sorted by the owner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the apartment for anyone staying in Portsmouth.

Nice place

The appartment is a nice two floors appartements. Living room and kitchen in one floor two other bedrooms and bathrooms in the top floor. It is clean renewed lately. It is in an excellent location.
