Villa Roza is situated in a small village Splitska, only 4 km from Postira. A private swimming pool and sun loungers as well BBQ facilities and outdoor dining is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Villa Roza is situated in the heart of olive's yard. Private parking is possible and reservation is not needed. A baby cot is available upon request. This one bedroom villa with swimming pool can accommodate up to four people. It features air-conditioning, Cable LCD TV as well as free Wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal. Splitska is small peaceful village, one of the oldest settlements on Brac. If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, this is the best choice for you.The nearest beach is 800 m far. Big supermarkets are in Supetar, as well as banks, hospital, pharmacy and rent-a-car service. In Postira you can find cash machine, grocery shops and a market. There are three gas-stations available on the island: in Supetar, Milna and Sumartin. Restaurants, bars as well as mini markets can be found within 700 m radius from the property. Airport is situated only 20 km from the property.
