"Fantastic experience. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, had everything I needed including a hair dryer and iron! The air con was wonderful during the warm days. Location was perfect, close to many shops and dining and tube stations. Will come again!"

"Overall our stay was great, walkable to metro stations, located close to Big Ben. Staff and service was great as well. Would just give it 4 stars for cleanliness, the rooms were a bit dusty and we saw silverfish in our bathroom one of the nights."
