Hard to sleep.

It was easy to check in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was not good. The mattress was old and felt like we were sinking in the middle. We could hear guests in the other room taking a shower, the vent in the bathroom was really loud.

The staff was real nice. The room was dirty and in poor condition. It really needed a renovation. There was a lot of security around which was nice. Housekeeping was by request and a guess as to what type of towels you would receive. Overall a disappointing room.

One night

I needed a place to get some much needed rest and a hot shower. I was thankful that they allowed me to bring my dog in this emergency situation. I was without air electricity in my new apartment and it wouldn't be turned on 'till the following day. However, I was a little uncomfortable with the young people loidering in the parking lot smoking something. Also there was trash bins overflowing on the side of the building and trash thrown all over the parking area.

No place to stay!!

Our reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before our stay. Had to sleep in our car. Red roof inn had overbooked so they cancelled all 3rd party reservations. We'll never book a stay there again. Not a smart business move.

It smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. On a 3 day stay, the keys stopped working twice. The TV didn’t work. There was no one at the desk when I needed to check out.
