"We had a great stay. We had a couple minor hiccups when we got there but with the help of Yobani and Sisco we got them all sorted out. They were amazing at accommodating us! The hotel is in a great location. So easy to walk to lots of shops, restaurants and even Pike Place. I would definitely stay there again! "

My only qualms were the non refundable $28 charge (in addition to the fees we already paid) when we arrived for miscellaneous restaurants which we had no interest in using and the air conditioner- no matter how low it was set, the room retained a constant temperature of 82 degrees- we were constantly soaked in sweat."
