Good hotel, weird housekeeping policies
Good location, clean, modern, but service needs some work. Nobody told us there wouldn't be housekeeping, so we assumed there would be new towels each day. When there weren't, and we went to ask for new ones at the front desk, we were questioned why we really need new ones...

Weekend away in Poznan
Hotel in perfect location, right at the river Warta banks! Within walking distance to Old Marquet Square and Lake Malta as well as 3 big shopping malls. Great selection of food for breakfast too. Highly recommended. Onsite carpark, bit on the expensive side, but you can't have everything!

Ok for a short stay but expect budget
This place is not designed for comfort my bed was like sleeping on concrete to start with. The hotel looks nice and it is clean and tidy and there is hand gel everywhere to use. The staff are friendly apart from one person who is your typical frosty faced abrupt polish person who needs to learn customer service skills. The food in the restaurant is horrible. Only recommend for short stay.

It’s an ibis
Staying in these ibis is like travelling back in time, very basic, pretty depressing but a comfortable bed and working air con. Hotel is in good location about 15 minutes walk from the old town

Nice Hotel
The Ibis is a nice, comfortable hotel. We were greeted with a smile and checked in quickly. The room was nice. We had drinks in the lobby. In the morning, we had the breakfast at the hotel. We opted to eat breakfast out the other days as Poland is full of fantastic food. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, close to everything. Easy to get there form the train station. Loads of shopping opportunities around, safe area. The hotel itself is a typical Ibis. If you've seen one you've see them all. Not bad though. Would stay again

Decent hotel in a good location, though outside old city. The air condionong is not very cold though.

Consistent Ibis
Ibis are consistent in blending quality with value for money. This hotel continues to cement my opinion that they are a regular go to option. This hotel provides a wonderful breakfast which was a plus. It also has a modern and comfortable social area/bar; friendly English speaking service and a quiet location close to the centre and shopping mall (Posnania). Those who wish to exercise whilst away can take advantage of the fact that it is close to the river which has a running lane beside it

I had a very pleasant 2-night stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and was not noisy despite being very busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within an easy 10-15 minute walk of the town square and other amenities.

Bad start however clean and good location.
Booed two rooms with a double and single bed. Upon arrival the second bed was not made up, spoke to reception who advised me they don't have any rooms with two beds (they do on hotels.com) it's only after I dug out my confirmation they sent someone to make a second bed. Didn't really need the hassle at 3am.

nice hotel, 10 mins walk into the main square,
great budget hotel, facilities in the room were basic,there was a 24 hour reception, friendly helpful staff, clean room,plentiful breakfast for extra 10 euros,, had dinner in the restaurant , the night we arrived and it was lovely no tea or coffee facilities, and the room was a bit cramped,and the towels provided were tiny, good location , nice supermarket 3 mis walk away
