"We had a bit of difficulty at the beginning due to the fact that they were over booked and the room we had confirmed wasn’t available. The hotel front desk agent wasn’t polite, she was actually a bit rude. We had to contact the third party customer service to try to assist us and when we did the hotel front desk agent said forget it that she will handle it. And gave us the room and said she will just have to deal with the other guest when they arrive "

"The Malecon is literally down the street. There were many restaurants around that served authentic Dominican cuisine. The casino is right next door if you're into gambling. The room I had was gorgeous, and my bed was very comfy. I am definitely staying again when I come back."

"DON’T STAY!!! Save your money.There was not water the entre time. The rooftop was dirty, bottles, broken washing machines, the pictures definitely didnt match the actual stay. The Security guard was the colesterol. You can hear everyone in the hall. The shower was dirty. "
