I booked the single room and assigned to the top floor with an attic ceiling which was quite nice and very spacious with easy access via the elevator. The orange color scheme and Scandanavian style furniture was very pleasant and the bathroom was like new. The tram stops are very convenient in front of the hotel with direct routes to/near the train station and old town. The Czech style breakfast was very enjoyable. There are also several walk-in (to-go) food places near by. Some trivial concerns: the refrigerator a little dated and some noise from the nightly tram but these wouldn't be deal breakers for me to stay again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very nice property and enjoyable stay. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the room we stayed in was well maintained with comfy beds and practical bathrooms. Breakfast is ok, not many hot options and we had scrambled egg that was cold? Not sure if that was the intention but we didn’t have any more. The staff in the breakfast room could have been nicer, often turning the lights off and packing up before the advertised breakfast end time. Overall however the hotel was very nice and if you don’t mine a slightly odd breakfast then its a pleasant stay. One thing to note, the coffee making facility is just a kettle and cups. You will need to find a spoon as we didn’t have any in our room so maybe something they could add for future guests. There is a lidl just down the road that you can buy Tea and coffee for your room. The hotel location is great with the tram station immediately outside the door so it makes getting into the town incredibly easy and we found buying the 72 hour pass was worth having as it gets you on all transport. Overall I would recommend this as great place to stay while in Prague

Unfortunately we didnt have a good stay...the hotel itself its ok...staff members are lovely ...we book 2 nights stay and we weren't able to sleep both nights due to next door rude guests parting into early hours in the morning ...first night... despite complaning to reception and them intervening they continued to party and disrupt othe guests..the second night same guests decided to drink, shout jump from beds knock on our door and hide and ring constanty our room's phone .....receptionist did contact them to stop but that made it worse and they put hairdryer on at 1 am and shower and fan just to disturb us...this went on till 2 am!!!very disappointed...may be the hotel should have offered us a different room or have security there to kick them out after so many warning .....we sadly are never going to stay in this hotel again ...

Overall, the hotel is good for cleaniness and comfort. It is warm in the winter. The only negative aspect was that they did not change the bed sheets and clean the bathroom for 4 nights stay. The breakfast was a typical 3 star hotel breakfast, acceptable.

Very nice man who checked us in, helped us and gave us tips etc, room was basic but clean, bed was very comfy, shower was good, sheets were not changed though when we put the sign on our door asking for the room to be made up, we only asked once in 5 days so they could have given us clean sheets. Breakfast was quite good, gave us what we needed for the day. I would stay here again for sure

Good hotel right next to tram stop
Nice hotel next to Lipanska tram stop in Zizkov area with easy connection into central Prague area. Room was a good size. Breakfast was also good (selection of deli meats, cheeses, breads, salads, cereal, fruit, eggs and cakes). Would stay here again.

Great part is the city and a decent hotel.
Clean, well equipped rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast included. The only downsides I had with the hotel was that the bed was on the hard side and the shower room was extremely slippy when wet.

The hotel was a mid range facility with adequate amenities. Only having a restaurant for breakfast but not lunch or dinner was a disappointment, as there weren't many alternatives close by for food, which opened late. The collection of drinks at the nearby tram stop each evening was a bit of a concern, but not really a problem. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and only 3 tram stops from the centre of the city

We had the two room apartment for our family of five. It was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and filling. The staff were very helpful and proactive when it came to transportation to local sights (even selling tram tickets at the office). Parking can be limited so reserve in advance, else parking at a nearby hotel can be arranged with the staff. Highly recommended for families.

Really small
The single bedroom was extremely small. Fortunately I stayed just two nights. The toilet in the bathroom was facing wall so close that it was really difficult using it even if Iam really slim. Breakfast was good for three stars. More cooked food would be great such as bacon. The location is good. Just a bit noisy as my windows were facing a main road with trams and drunkers.

Good hotel for the money
Hotel is conveniently located. Staff are v friendly. It is a functional base - rooms are v clean, if a little tired and basic. Breakfast is generous buffet. Overall, I think this hotel is good value for money but do not expect any luxuries. The service before and during my stay was excellent 👌

Great hotel
This hotel is perfectly positioned beside a tram line.. staff are great, super friendly. Rooms spacious and spotless. Only complaint is pillow a little lumpy. Apart from that minor detail world definitely stay again.

Nice, cheap hotel in Prague. Breakfast was included and reasonable buffet style. Area was ok but definitely recommend paying for the private parking the hotel offers (€12 per night) to store our motorcycle.

Excellent location (only 10 minutes by tram from the centre), clean and warm room and basic but good quality breakfast. Staff are extremely friendly and the receptionists all speak excellent English.

Save your money elsewhere
It’s too far out of Stare Mesto for a casual midnight stroll, but the metro stop just down the street (lines 9 and 26 take you straight into town or to the main train station) is really convenient. Rooms are cramped and the fourth floor is an attic that has you bumping your head constantly. WiFi is terrible and so is breakfast. Nearby restaurants aren’t very good. Relatively cheap, though.
