It’s an old property but with all you need. Only B&B basis but the breakfast options were fresh and great choice. Rooms very very comfortable and we requested a twin room and got it. Very spacious too. Inc fridge, safe, hairdryer. Very helpful and friendly staff who all spoke very good English. Few mins walk to metro taking you straight to the key tourist spots. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Spacious room, helpful staff, excellent location overlooking a peaceful park, close walking distance to metro and many cute restaurants and shops. Not a touristy neighborhood, which is nice!

Great location close to metro
Great location about a mile from main rail station & about 2 blocks from the metro. Very helpful front desk personnel & a wonderful buffet breakfast. The only downfall I noted was the hotel is not handicap friendly. Although the hotel has an elevator to get to the rooms, you must climb steep steps to enter hotel & 20 stairs to lower floor for breakfast.

This is the second time that I visited Prague and the second time I stayed at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The daily breakfast buffet was great. I can assure you that you will not leave there hungry. The hotel's location is easily in walking distance to Wenceslas Square and Old Town. Public transportation is close by and inexpensive. Great city, great hotel with great people to assist you with you visit to the City of Prague.

Wonderful from the start!
From the moment we entered the hotel we felt welcomed. We arrived early and the gentleman behind the desk checked us in and offered to store our luggage until we returned. The next day the lady behind the desk kindly loaned us umbrellas so we could enjoy our day without getting soaked. We were there as part of our honeymoon and received a complimentary bottle of wine and a wonderful note welcoming us to Prague. The breakfast was great, a little change every day. Transportation is very close, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a nice little market and for those who drink lots of bars around the area. We felt safe walking around. Overall a wonderful stay.

Very Good Hotel
This hotel is located little outer Prague. But close to Green Metro and Tram stops. But very Quite location near by Park. You can have good sleep without any noise. Breakfast was amazing. Room cleaning was good. we had problem with sink, but it is solved quickly. Wifi is good. Nearby Italian restaurant is there. it is good also.

Very Spacious Room
Near to metro, but no tram stations nearby. Very spacious room. Though with a fan, without air conditioning in over 30°C is a bit unpleasant. Besides. there are only just a few TV channels, all in Czech. Choices in breakfast is okay with one different dish everyday during my stay which is quite good. There is also a big supermarket nearby where you can get plenty of food or drinks.

Good location which was a 15 minute walk into the square. Rooms were lovely and big and very clean. Overall really pleased and would highly recommend.

My stay was ok. The breakfast was nice and convenient. Front desk employee as helpful as they could. No air-conditioner. Old fashion double balcony door as well as windows. It is very easy to break or crack the glass when you try to use it and open it. This happened to me and I had to pay for it...

Great hotel! The location is excellent, a five minute ride on the metro from the city centre. Rooms vary in size but ours was spacious. Breakfast was amazing, with so many different options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I come back.

I have stayed her on many occasions. It is a nice hotel in a good area of prague. Slightly away from the centre but within a couple of tram stops. The hotel is in a fin de siècle building with good sized rooms. I would recommend.

Old fashioned charmer
This Hotel has a nice old world feel about it. Our room was quite generous with a good size bathroom. Shower cubicle could have been bigger allowing for the space in the bathroom. Our TV went kaput but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Tram passes out front and the subway is on the corner. Plenty of restaurant options around.

The way in which the building was renovated and remodeled to fit modern standards but still maintained it antique ambience. The buffet breakfast is very well varied and delicious. It was also very redesigned to be environmentally sound and energy efficient.

I am disappointed both with La Fenice and Hotels.com but completely misleading me with this property. Pictures and overview of the property showed much higher standard with a separate dining area which was not the case. Property had no air conditioning which was a real issue in the heatwave. Location was the only major plus. For the future, please DO NOT MISLEAD customers by putting unreal pictures of the property!
