Absolutely awful. I checked into my room and quickly discovered that the walls were paper thin. I could literally hear the people in the next room crumple paper. They had a child and a dog so there was constant noise even though they weren't being abnormally loud. (the room itself wasn't great but it would have been acceptable). I went down to the front desk and explained the issue. He told me there were no other rooms available and that was that. I left the hotel and found new accommodations.

4 stars for design, 2 stars for service - Nice room design, comfy bed, modern bathroom, but service is rather like a 2-star hotel: - There was NO housekeeping during my one-week stay. I learned AFTER checking in that they service the room every 3 days. In reality, they made the bed on day 4 and never showed up again, so no one cleaned the bathroom, & dust was piling up on the floor! - bath towel is so small & thin that it gets soaked quickly. - Reception staff claimed these practices are for environmental reasons… while I fully support hotels that operate sustainably, tidying the bed only ONCE in a week-long stay is NOT about sustainability, and all to do with being cheap! - the heat was almost 30C across common areas & it was impossible to turn it off in the room: hot air pumped non-stop to the point I had a constant cough and injured my lungs! When I asked reception for help, they claimed there is ONE setting across the hotel. Not sure how that is consistent with the hotel’s claim for being sustainable? - Lastly, while most hotels provide mini-fridge, kettle & tea & coffee, MaMaison does not offer those apparently for “safety” reasons. Rather they suggested to buy hot drinks at the bar... so they are just being cheap and trying to milk guests for every penny. While reception staff tried to fix the problems, they had no authority and no means to provide the solution that best meets basic guest expectations; they were very apologetic & admitted the hotel had serious issues.

Our residence is in the Join Pure Stay ecological program and follows ecological guidelines to ensure our guests stay in a safe, non-toxic and energy-efficient environment. As an eco-friendly hotel we clean rooms every third day but refresh towels and empty the room bin on daily basic. We also inform guests upon check in in case they wish any cleaning service to just let us know. Also, housekeeping is not allowed to enter the room if there is Do not disturb sign on the door. As you mentioned, we do not have minibars, coffee&tea in the rooms but there is 24/7 minimarket and lobby bar available. Deluxe rooms are not equipped with refrigerators but you can find fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator in every apartment or studio. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and hope you will reconsider your next stay with us and give us another chance to provide you with a more satisfactory experience.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is a short walk away from main shops with plenty of restaurants near by. The only downside we had was that the rooms were very warm, which is great when you arrive back after exploring the city but not so great when trying to sleep. The control in the room did not seem to have any effect on the temp so we resorted to keeping open the window.

Super hotel
Excellent price on a big room with a separate kitchenette. Good location near two metro stops, and easy walking to downtown. Modern, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very good option for a hotel in downtown Prague. The staff was excellent...all of them were genuinely helpful in every way possible. The location is a quiet spot within walking distance of the busy downtown area. The new wing is nicely renovated, and the residence wing has rooms with a kitchenette. Based on your needss you can pick which side you would like to stay in. It is not a very luxurious hotel, but definitely a very viable and reliable option.

Overall a nice place to stay in central Prague. Underground parking at the hotel is OK but the spaces are very small and the access is tight. No maid service in the hotel though.

Lovely stay, comfortable bed and very clean. Would have given this 5 star review however the room was lacking a kettle as in the description. Also a mini bar would have been a nice addition. Free safe. Breakfast was typically continental. We knew the area I.P Pavlova, so chose for its good location close to tram stop and metro C Red line, within walking distance to the centre if you want. Overall would stay again.

Hotel was really nice and only a 15 minute walk from the main square which made getting around easy. Only let down was that there were no hot drink making facilities in the room. Also worth noting the spa facilities are not included with your booking.

First and foremost we are impressed with:your willingness to upgrade us to this wonderful one-bedroom apartment with great Wi-Fi -Thank you! -the truth of your email comment: "I have absolutely fantastic team in the hotel, we will help you with everything you will need. We will take care of all your wishes." Your team has done a great job from arranging airport transfers and walking directions, to helping as I carry heavy breakfast trays to my wife. Thank you! the extensive daily breakfast is super, and the little kitchen is perfect. the bed and couch are very comfortable As you know, we have had some sleep problems. PROBLEM: I am awake at this early hour because I could not sleep lying in bed with no covers and no air movement, even with the window open. I awoke earlier under the duvet with my pillow and the duvet cover soaked with sweat, then fell back asleep for a short time after throwing off the covers. It is difficult to function when sleep deprived! On some cool nights with the window open we fell asleep easily until awakened by the street noise (loud shouts, loud cars, construction and garbage trucks etc.) Closing the windows to block this noise means a hotter room. and still little or no sleep. We understand your heat/air system is automatic and you have done all you can to help us (except to provide a fan).

This hotel was really clean and up to date. We did have a small problem with the room but the reception staff were wonderful and everything was put right as soon as possible. It was in a wonderful position for getting to Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, the bridges, in deed most of the attractions were within easy walking distance. The only thing I will say is to check the information supplied by Expedia as it is not 100% accurate, which is Expedia problem and nothing to do with the hotel.

Wonderful time in Prague
I just returned from a vacation in Prague, a beautiful city with alot to offer. I enjoyed hearing about the history of Czech Republic, the endless architecture, day trips to Vienna and Kunta Hora and the Sedluc Ossuary. The people are warm and welcoming. With a good map, the city is easy to navigate and very walkable.

The hotel does not seem as good it has been in the past, The beds were not comfortable ,the air conditioning was a nuisance,and the room could do with a proper clean( ie:- doors and handles need cleaning plus the tables .
