Nice hitel in good location
The room was perfect and the hotel is in a good location with easy access to all tourist locations. The no 22 and 23 trams run directly from around the corner up to prague castle. Room was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was very easy. We arrived late at night so reception was shut. We were sent simple instructions with the door code and a code for a lock box to get our room key. We have marked our review down because of the inconvenience caused at check out. We went downstairs to reception to leave our bags only to find reception had shut from 11am to 12. What a ridiculous time to close considering check out is 11am. We had to wait over an hour to be able to leave our bags. I messaged the hotel WhatsApp number at 12.07 and 12.15 to ask when reception would open but no one responded to me. Finally at 12.20 someone came down and opened reception. We tried to ask about picking our bags up, but the lady said she didn't speak English. We returned early to pick up our bags to be sure. Not a very good end to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment, clean and has everything you need. Great location. Walking distance to old town, Charles bridge etc. Lots of public transport right next to hotel but we chose to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable studio apartment type accommodation located right next to a major transportation street car hub. Easy to get around the city. From there. It's clean. It's quiet. It's a great place to stay

Wonderful hotel, everything is new inside and impeccably clean. It is nicely lit with huge ceilings and large windows of the late 19th , early 20th century art deco style affluent building. You get your own kitchen with everything you need equipped. The location is perfect— quiet and private inside, but right next to multiple coffee shops (Paul, Starbucks, and many independently own ones) and restaurants all around bustling square where Metro station is located. There is a full scale grocery store one block away. In addition to metro, the stop of the trams that stops in the most interesting places in Prague (22) is just steps away from the hotel. If you prefer walking — it is only 7-8 min away from Wenceslas Square and 10 min away from Old town square with the most famous attraction in Prague— Astronomical clock. I couldn’t be happier that I picked this hotel to stay in Prague!

The place was amazing. Martin greeted us at the door when we arrived and accomodated all our questions. Room was neat, the washing machine was a plus! Very spacious and convenient! Thanks for a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here if given a chance to visit Prague again and will recommend to others!

This was a great hotel for my 2 week business trip. It's a fabulous, central location with easy access to all transit options. Had a washing machine, air conditioning, cremesso espresso machine, 2 burner stove with well stocked supplies. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was truly extraordinary. I am so glad that I picked Vindohradsky Dum based on other great reviews. I have to admit that I was initially put off by some of the photos with the somewhat unappealing wallpaper, but it works well in real life. Just a super lovely and incredibly well located cozy hotel.

Was exactly what I was expecting and more. Although it is in a somewhat busy area it is very quiet with the windows closed (although I personally didn’t mind the city noise with the windows open). It is centrally located, very close to the Metro. Felt very safe and there were lots of restaurants close by. The space was well organized with everything that you need. Kate at the front desk was very nice and helpful. All in all a high recommend for a place to stay in Prague.

Great visit to Prague!
Great week-long stay in a larger suite which included a separate bedroom from the living/dining room area. The room was extremely well-cleaned, and very modern and efficiently set up. Very comfortable and quiet, and located in an area with easy access to many restaurants and bars, as well as public transit. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we return to Prague!!

We stayed at the connecting rooms (we are a family of 5) located at the 5th flr. We enjoyed the conveniences of two kitchens, washers and bathrooms. The dùm is a minute walk to I.P. Pavlova station and 22/23 tram stops. There are a lot of restaurants and groceries around. Viktor was v nice and went beyond his means to help us around. During our 7 night stay, our units were cleaned 2x. It is a little far to the Old Town and Charles Bridge (a 25 minute walk but it was an enjoyable one). The good thing about this is that, it is so peaceful and quiet in the area and the trams can easily get you to the tourist spots. The HOHO stop is downstairs (we did not avail it since the city is walkable enough and the transpo is reliable). Overall, it was a pleasure stay and would def recommend it!

The place was exceptionally clean. Small kitchen area was reasonably well stocked. Building and room were quiet, with room-darkening shades. Location was very convenient to trams, subway, and wencalas square and old town by foot. No gym or room service, but plenty of cafes nearby and running along the river to Letna park was great. For the price, this is an excellent choice.

Fine for the price. Spacious room, okay beds. Only maid service every third day, so you'll have to take trash etc down by yourself. The coffee pods are 1 euro a piece, and the front desk generally not super helpful. The maid forgot our room, so we had to wait 4 days for cleaning.

Fantastic stay...a real gem of a place. Spacious, clean, well presented apartment. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location...metro station very close by. Easy walking into old town square and main sites. Lots of great eating and drinking places nearby. Only negative was the coffee machine...only given 2 capsules for 4 nights. Would be helpful to know which capsules were compatible so could buy extras in the local supermarkets rather than buying them for 1 euro each at reception...A shame as everything else was brilliant.

Clean, modern, really quiet, good facilities,comfortable bed, even a washer. You wouldn’t cook a meal here but there’s a kitchenette and small fridge, coffee maker, kettle. Good transport options close by. If yo want to be in the center this isn’t for you. If you don’t mind a 20 min walk or a tram or Uber, it’s a food value.
