"New owners since the last time I was here. They appeared to be trying to save money by having only basic TV: no satellite feed or cable, or streaming. Coffee makers coffee tasted old. Had to go to front desk for more toilet paper on the 2nd day, etc."

"Awesome spacious room with full kitchen which is super nice! Breakfast selection was great an huge perk! Garage space was very convenient and easy in/out access. Definitely looking forward to coming back."

"Our room was VERY loud by the elevators. Breakfast was expensive for the quality of food and only 2 GF options - fruit and bacon. "

"Floor was very clearly not vacuumed, heavy dust, air unit makes awful clanking noise, light on wall had no bulb. It appeared as though they stated a renovation in the room but not completed it. Called the front desk to ask a question, was put on hold, they never came back to answer again, elevator was filthy, Had there been another hotel available, we would have left. The hotel had no signage at the entrance or on the building itself."

"The staff was super friendly, room was super clean, the bed was actually comfortable and the pillows too. The elevators ran slow and the breakfast buffet could’ve had more but first world problems lol"

"We stayed 2 nights in adjoining rooms. Checking in was effortless, the woman at the desk was warm and welcoming. She remembered speaking to me on the phone when I requested adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and check out super easy."

"We will start with the room. It was not cleaned. Blankets had stains, crumbs on the phone. Speaking of phone. The phone didn’t work found that out around midnight when we woke up and it was 80 degrees and our AC stopped working. Went down to the desk was handed batteries to change them myself. Fan in bathroom ran non stop sounds like the blades were going to rip out of the wall. Breakfast my daughter was eating her eggs and pulled out paper. Never again and not worth 500 for 2 nights. "
