This hotel is an amazing option for Prato. The rooms were very well kept, breakfast was superb, and the staff were amazing and very accommodating to unexpected changes, will definitely stay again!

The area directly around the hotel is dirty and there were people drinking and just hanging out outside (not guests). It is in a multipurpose building with a bit of a creepy vibe. However, it was priced well, there was paid parking outside, and it is just a short walk to the center or train station.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente purtroppo è in una zona centrale con poco parcheggio (in centro ci sono molti sensi unici e bisogna fare dei giri molto lunghi per tornare al punto di partenza… non sono riuscita a dormire per niente bene ma sicuramente perché sono abituata a meno rumore… ho sentito passare 4 ambulanze durante la notte… nulla da criticare sul personale che è stato molto cortese ed educato compreso il custode notturno

Das Hotel wirkt von außen eher nicht so schön, aber sobald man es betritt, ändert sich alles. Es riecht sehr sehr gut überall und es ist sehr sehr sauber. Das Personal war durchwegs ganz lieb und hatte immer ein Lächeln für den Gast. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sensationell. Es gab sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft und einen sehr guten Kaffee.
