"Everything from start to finish with this trip was amazing! The location is great, the staff was all friendly and so helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the rooms were lovely. From check in, which was done with a smile an offer of tea to taking our luggage to our room to checkout, it was awesome! We had two separate stays here both before and after our 5 Day Salkantay Trek. While we were trekking, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. When arriving back from our trek, we found our luggage waiting in our room! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was always smiling and friendly. The cookies in the room were such a nice little treat. The hotel is in a lovely location within a close walk of everywhere you want to go. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Quaintest little space with resident llama! Warm and easy welcome, great courtyard and super friendly staff. The restaurant and breakfast were fantastic and the bed and room were comfortable. We had a refrigerator and great water pressure in the shower! Very quaint, well appointed, comfortable and friendly place that we would be happy to recommend to other travelers. "
