"The staff were amazing!!! So lovely. Charlotte checked us in and because it was our 1st time in Liverpool got us a room that had a view of Liverpool which made us feel really speacial. The chap that greeted us at the door was lovely, the waiters in the bar were lovely! We are already planning our next stay!!!!"

Situation right in the heart of the centre so walking distance to most places yet it was so quiet in the hotel you could have been anywhere. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again. "
