"I stayed with another nine adults we chose the house because it had lots of ensuite bedrooms.On the plan of the house it showed the lounge being on the ground floor next to the kitchen, this was great for us as one of our guys is disabled. When we arrived at the house, they’ve moved the lounge from the ground floor to the first floor, this was not acceptable. It meant one of our friends was on their own in the dining kitchen, if we had gone up to the lounge.The bedrooms only need some attention....

"Nice place with room to cook separate from sleeping. A bit loud at night but not too bad....to be expected for weekend on Matthew street. Only complaint was place was too warm and could not open windows. They did provide a fan but could not have stayed if it had been any warmer"

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."

"Not getting the entry code until after I arrived and called them added a lot of unneeded stress. But apartment very good and could not have been closer to arena (less than 1 min). Mattress was surprisingly basic and pillows thing and cheap."
