"Very disappointed that when booking this hotel it wasn't clear that you have to pay £50 for a 2 hr slot for the spa. We just wanted to use the pool and the reason we booked this hotel. I have asked Hotels.com to clearly highlight this under the amenities tab rather hidden in the policies section which is pretty hard to find. The Hotel directly said there isn't anything they can do to reimburse us. Just wanted to make people aware!"

"Very fast check in room spotless and an excellent breakfast. Bar got busy after a concert at the m & s arena but that is to be expected. Perfect location for a concert at the arena which is literally next door to hotel. Would definitely recommend "

"The apartment was a very good stay. It was spacious and as described. The location on a pedestrian only street is great and I loved the shower. The bed was fairly comfortable but not the best I had had on my trip."
