Shepherds Hut 1, a single-storey retreat, consists of a studio-style layout including a double bed, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, and kettle, and a dining room with breakfast bar seating two guests and a wood-burning stove. There is an external shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen is included in the rent; please bring your own towels. Outside, there is a front gravelled area with a picnic bench, barbecue area, shared lawn area with swing, and non-enclosed rear lawn area with pond, plus designated off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 2.7 miles, lake 0.1 miles, river 1.1 miles. Your journey to Lancashire is sure to be one to remember with a stay at Shepherds Hut 1. Note: Although this is a single-storey property, there are steps up to the property. Note: Fishing is available at 4 lakes on site and all included in the price; must have a fishing license to show if requested.
