Great location but dated facilities. Staff was very helpful and the other major complaint was the Wi-Fi, which is subpar. Overall excellent location and a nice hotel that needs to be brought into the 21st-century a bit with better amenities.

Good evening,we are very thankful for your positive review, our structure is from the end of 1800, we are trying every year to remodernize step by step, so we thank you for the advice.About our Wi-Fi, unfortunately the town our hotel is, is quite high above sea level, and we can guarantee you here the strongest possible signal for internet is around 100MB. Its impossible to have stronger signal simply because there isn't a more powerful service available in Italy.Anyway, we thank you again, and we hope to have you as our guest in another stay.Best regards

Beautiful hotel with a mountain view
Wonderful experience. The best resteraunt in town is in the hotel, although the spa was a little less than expected, the overall experience was wonderful. The ski bus stops close by, and the parking is exceptionally convincent. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Only stayed two nights with breakfast. Room was great as was the hotel and staff. You won't be disappointed with this choice of hotel. Enjoy....

Appena passato tre giorni con la mia famiglia.. personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Spa e piscina stupendi. Miniclub bellissimo per i bambini.. consiglio assolutamente

Ottimo l'hotel e i servizi con la spa riservata agli ospiti. Salotto bar grande e ospitale. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Ski bus di fronte al ripostiglio sci. Un'ottima scelta. Non sempre i "Grand hotel 4****" soddisfano le aspettative come in questo caso. Consigliato.

Hotel centrale e molto comodo. La persona che ci ha accolto al check-in, anche se a tarda serata, era molto gentile. I bagni sono assolutamente da ristrutturare, nessun drink di benvenuto, frigobar con solo due bottigliette di acqua (pessimo) nessuno snack … non lo trovo un servizio complessivo da 4 stelle e il prezzo è eccessivo rispetto a quello che la struttura offre.

Buongiorno, grazie per la gentile recensione. Purtroppo il Drink di benvenuto non è contemplato e non riusciamo a capire dove possa averlo letto. Il Frigo non è un mini bar. Proprio in virtu del prezzo pagato abbiamo il servizio bar aperto 24h/24h (purtroppo questo servizio ha un costo).Ringraziando speriamo di riaverla nostro cliente in futuro.Fam. Rimondi

La struttura è ben posizionata, la reception disponibilissima, colazione abbondante e servita con cura, cena completa e bene assortita con piatti regionali. Zona wellnes completa, migliorabile aumentando di qualche grado la temperatura ambientale. Ci ritorneremo.

Tipico htl di montagna
La struttura è situata in centro alla cittdina, comodo per qualunque cosa. Dotato di parcheggio e di camere con vista montagna. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e pronto per qls esigenza. L'unico neo è la camera che in se è bella, foderata in legno ma un po' datata. Le imposte sono di alluminio plastica. Il bagno non supera un hotel 3 stelle (anni 90). Nulla che nn si possa rimediare. Ad ogni modo rispetto al prezzo pagato (130 euro a notte per camera doppia) valeva la pena e lo consiglio.

Molto classico con camere ben arredate fin troppo calde. Personale disponibile e professionale. Colazione abbondante molto varia e buona. Vicinissimo al centro e ai campi di sci.
