"The location of the condo is wonderful! It is close to many shops and restaurants. There are a lot of great sidewalks for running and walking. I also enjoyed the view as the condo as it is right on the ocean. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem since we visited in winter. We were able to sleep with the sliding door open each night to get a nice breeze and hear the waves crashing outside our door. However, I don’t think I would rent this condo in the other seasons as it seems it would be too warm to sleep comfortably at night.The condo is in decent condition. It could use some TLC with damaged drywall in the bathroom around the tub, a screen door that doesn’t open and close smoothly, and baseboards that could use repainted. I wanted to stay in a condo so that I could cook my own breakfasts each morning, but the pots and pans leave a lot to be desired.Overall, a good experience and I would stay here again."

"The property was very well maintained and had a wonderful pool. The rental unit was also very clean and had everything one might need for a visit. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the patio looking at the ocean view. Would definitely stay there again."
