"The biggest issue we had was that our children came down with food poisoning and got incredibly sick during our stay. Physically ill all over the room at 2am. Not the hotel's fault and we were ready to clean everything up ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to the front desk to ask for supplies (paper towels, trash bags, cleaner, etc) to clean up the vomit, we were told no multiple times but the front desk clerk. It’s a small island filled with wonderful people, very inviting and happy just to share a smile!
Getting anywhere on the island is never more than an hour away. Traffic looks daunting but once you get used to the proper side of the road, it’s more forgiving than it looks. People will always give you room.
Hotel rooms are always clean, pool is clean and enjoyable to watch the little ones having fun."

"The place was a dream gorgeous rooms super clean waterfall, private pool, beautiful bedrooms, fantastic soaking tubs. We are two primary suites perfect for two couples with their own privacy. Room service was excellent service and food.. breakfast was beyond what you would expect and so comfortable you did not want to leave. The views are beautiful and gave you an authentic Thailand experience.. proximity to the elephant Refuge is also a huge plus. Highly recommended five stars."
