I found the bed sheets and others clean, but there was power outage when I plugged in my laptop. "Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent privacy. The restuarant food was very good. I expected a bigger and newer room for the price, Overall, it was a good experience, just not an excellent one."

Also, we don’t eat much for breakfast but we were able to have croissants and coffee in the bar. The hotel is a short walk from Napoli Centrale station. The only thing on our wish list is a ramp at the front for people with heavy bags."
