"Very nice hotel, the staff was always very kind and helpful, they gave lots of info on the surroundings (and on the bus, which is not easily understandable for a tourist). "Location was excellent, service top, facilities very nice, value for money good. Good breakfast and other hotel services as well. One thing I wasn't all that happy was slightly misleading information about island sightseeing spots and thermal parks info. Part of travelling is like this, must go and find out ourselves what is going on and where. Hotel could have informed as well better about using efficient bus services from port and to port instead offering expensive taxi services primarily."

"A very nice room in an old building; it was fun learning my room was from the original building, with the roof being the original wood from 1690. The staff was very kind, useful and responsive. Air conditioning was well appreciated, even if slightly noisy. Well located and easy to walk to the main touristic places. There was a lot of stairs (it’s on the 2nd floor, no elevator, which I knew, and each floor has a lot of stairs). Breakfast is served in the coffee downstairs, not a lot (more like something to drink and a pastry), but it was good and enough for me. Some little understandable downsides include humidity in the room, likely as it’s an old building, even with the AC on. There was also some mold in the shower, but that was the only place I saw some. The bed was very soft, I was worried it would be too soft but I ended up sleeping ok for the two nights."
