"Pros: Great Location/Clean room/friendly staff/Rea in housekeeping Cons: Hotel is budget hotel quality pretending to be luxury hotel. The bathroom doesn't even have a tub, it looks exactly the same as my bathroom with the same cheap Wilcon faucet. I can see all the repaints that don't even match the original. Stayed 4 nights, never once was there hot water, it was lukewarm at best. Twice the concierge couldn't even help me book a restaurant reservation that evening, excuses that no one was answering. After I figured out how to dial PH number, I called the restaurant right there in the lobby and they picked up the phone right away. I told concierge I no longer need their help. Seda standard of luxury is no where near the luxury standard of international hotel brands."

"The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and overall cleanliness. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. One area that could be improved is providing a diversity menu specially for the breakfast. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again."
