"After traveling for 20 hours, anticipating our late check in for rest and relaxation only to find upon entering our room that it had a foul smell and it was filthy and uncleaned. The bathroom nasty with no towels or toilet paper. A filthy, roach infested apartment unit is what was presented to us. We immediately called the host to inform and inquire and her response was that the unit was cleaned but our standards differ. There was literally food left behind in the microwave.
