"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

"Supposedly staying a total of 5 nights. On my first night stay my room doesn’t have air condition, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, they gave me a folding bed and when I complained to the front desk, they told me it’s because I checked in late. (Stupid excuses). On my day 2 they transferred me to a decent room. On days 5 of my stay it was a decent room but very weak Wi-Fi. Hotel employees are friendly and has 24 hours security."

"Great location walking distance to 7-eleven, Max Grill and Wheatberry Cafe. Grab (same as Uber) rides are short drives to shopping. Very nice modern facilities and pleasant staff. I would stay again and recommend to others. "

"Obviously new rooms that are very spacious and clean. And the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay is even incomparable with breakfast other hotels with slightly more expensive rates as the line up of food was very good. We're already planning to come back soon. "

"Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. "Our 3 nights in the hostel were ok largely because of the wonderfull staff who despite being underpayed and without proper space to sleep tried to do everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The bed was clean, the wifi and the aircon worked. Finding the place was difficult because of the renumbering in de street and the absence of a sign. The flushtoilet was out of order (flush yourself with the waste basket). The absence of a frontdesk is also difficult for a new visitor to the...
