"A little dated as with many hotels in the Ermita/Malate area but a good location, friendly staff and good restaurant make the Manila Lotus an easy choice, especially for the price. My only quibble is having no top sheet but only one blanket in addition to the bottom sheet."

"This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. The pool is really nice. Staff is great and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommended"
