"Business Trip, 1 Person My stay at Hop Inn Hotel Ermita Manila was excellent. The entire property felt clean, safe, and very well maintained. My room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and everything—from the air conditioning to the shower—worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. Check-in and check-out were fast and uncomplicated, and the security team gave me a very reassuring feeling during my entire stay. The location is also great: central, easy to find transportation, and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
