My second time staying here, and I absolutely LOVE this hotel! It’s feels so luxurious and the staff are always super helpful and friendly. I love the pool/ hot tub & cabana area, it was so nice to unwind. The rooms are so clean and cozy, and the plush robes make me feel like VIP!!! The bar & restaurant downstairs are great and have double happy hours, and you don’t even have to leave the hotel! Cafe was amazing as well, i enjoyed a delicious latte & fresh pastries. I’d recommend the Sandman Signature to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area!!!

Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true ...
