"The rooms refrigerator was leaking and the whole floor was wet as soon as we got there. Had to place a towel in front of it and dry the floor. Toilet would not properly flush and TV wasn’t working until multiple tries and adjusting settings. "

"Free parking is such a win for Hollywood/LA!! - clean basic room, no frills - I was concerned there would be pests because some of the reviews on Trip Advisor, but I had no issues (and to be fair, I travel with disinfectant and bug spray always) I felt safe as a solo traveler as there are a ton of cameras on the property. There was some glitch with my online, pre-check-in as I was getting notifications multiple times in the day, but once I arrived in person it was worked out. Solid choice and close to the freeway and food spots."
