Everything was amazing about this property the rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were really nice in particular the lady at the front desk I didn't catch your name but I loved her nails but she was super friendly and very helpful appreciate the great customer service. The location was very convenient and easy to find.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was very good and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. We did not like having to pay for parking.

Close to Universal Studios. Great breakfast options. Clean rooms. Decent location. Limited parking and they were doubled spots. In the morning we were blocked in but front desk staff took care of it quickly. We stayed two nights and even though we didn't request a daily cleaning, they did it anyway, it was nice to come back to a tidy room and clean towels.

The staff were incredible. General manager was a pleasant man, and special shout out to Kristen as she dealt with me being an absolute terror with a graciousness that I did not deserve. The beds were comfy, the location ok. Parking is odd, and not exactly convenient. 8.8 is ranking this hotel too high, and the staff not high enough.

The staff was cheerful and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was as expected. The pool was pretty small and basically in the parking garage. The parking can be weird- it’s double parking if it’s full. And the neighborhood is not great.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable for me. Location was fine, didn't feel unsafe. Breakfast was perfectly good, more options would be nice (potatoes). Only downside is the parking fee for tandem parking. $19 a day for the chance to be stuck behind someone kind of sucks, as well as I'm already paying to stay, I shouldn't have to pay $38 more just for a 2-night stay.

Clean room with heat/air along with clean bathroom; good size room, comfortable bed, roomy. Elevator. Conveniently located near everything. Staff helpful and pleasant. Safe and secure. On a main street near many establishments. Breakfast had good selection including hot choices, meat included, eggs, waffles. Good size breakfast area with plenty of tables. Complimentary parking, two levels. Lower level has both open and enclosed area and upper level is open—both have easy entrance into hotel. Key card entrance. Secure. Very close to the Horseshoe Falls walking distance about 15 minutes or a 5 minute ride in a vehicle. Even closer was the Skylon Tower walking distance about 5 minutes . Clifton Hills a short drive less than 10 minutes away with lots to do. Enjoyed our stay. Everything conveniently located. Thank you!
