"So until this past month my husband and I were in a navigation program, with the goal of us getting permanent housing before a year was up. Then the folks who ran that program did a bunch of illegal, underhanded, “because we’re in charge and you’re marginalized” crap that ended with us being given 5 hours to vacate and find a new place. Here’s where Nights Inn comes in: I showed up at about 8:50pm and the desk clerk tells me they’re probably sold out, but come back in an hour and he’ll see if he can squeeze me in.
