The staff was very helpful. Staff was so kind.

The breakfast was excellent, good variety and very polite staff that kept it constantly topped up. The hotel also had a grab and go which had coffee, food and snacks until 10 at night.The location made it easy to get around. It was walkable to pier 39 , fisherman’s wharf sign and lots more . There was a tram stop and 2 bus stops nearby. Bus 28 takes you to the bridge and then you can get back on and go to the park. Our room was on a cross road which made it very noisy at night, loud cars constantly driving up and down, the tram and lots of other noise which of course isn’t the hotels fault , it’s just because it is so near to the front. There are quite a lot of homeless in the city and they are often around the fire pits at the hotel but we never had a problem with them.

We had a great time! Beautiful resort with a great location.

We stayed in a room with two queens right off the pool with a private patio and loungers. The room also had a kitchen area with refrigerator. I would definitely stay again.

They requested I sign an agreement with property rules that includes no smoking. After immediately walking into the room it smelt like cigarette and cigars. After a visit to the front desk they sent us to another room that had a really bad fish smell. We asked them for a spray and to come verify the smell. We were told they would send someone up and never did. We were supposed to stay two nights. We could not stay due to the lingering smell and left early in the morning. We asked for a refund on the 2nd night and the manager agreed but since we booked 3rd party they could not proceed with that refund now we get a message from Expedia indicating it was denied. Completely disappointed and this was not the weekend get away we needed. We did not sleep well at all and had to share a blanket we luckily had in our car due to us being afraid to sleep on the bed due to cleanliness and the lack of it.
