Nice to have kitchen. Parking was uncertain and not an amenity, but found across the street. Convenient, clean, but not for those looking for luxury.

Clean and surprisingly quiet

This was the worst hotel stay that we’ve ever had. There were three attempts to charge my card on file, even though I reserved this booking under the selection “pay at the property.” Thankfully I have spending limits set on my credit card, otherwise, I may not have noticed. My husband had to call the hotel directly to inquire about the attempts. Even after the phone call when they confirmed that we are supposed to pay at the hotel, they still continued to attempt to charge me. Additionally the staff and guests were all unfriendly. It seemed like everyone was in a bad mood. A front desk staff yelled at my daughter about taking things without paying, when she was simply showing my husband that there were halls at the hotel because he had a scratchy throat. My husband was directly behind our daughter, and I guess the staff member didn’t see him? Either way, that is not an appropriate way to speak to children. My daughter was extremely upset. Once the staff member saw my husband, she apologized to him. Secondly, an older woman yelled at another one of my children simply for trying to get on the elevator before her. I had to let her know that her tone and approach was not okay, and she apologized. Lastly, there were no luggage carts available. I was told they were all “reserved” and we had to make several trips with two girls to load everything into the car. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I do not recommend anyone staying here.
