What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location and for such an amazing price. Being able to step out of the hotel and cross the street to find ourselves on the beach was simply incredible. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to unwind and soak in the beauty of Cape Cod. Overall, our experience at Breakwater was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and conveniently located stay in Provincetown. "

"They had everything we wanted/needed, including a comfortable bed, microwave, continental breakfast, and empty fridge. Outside, there would be plenty of things to do as the weather warms, including swimming, shuffleboard, volleyball and grilling. It was walkable to downtown, but a bit of a hike. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"This property has all the amenities you need. Sauna, steam room, salt bath, heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Breakfast was included with made to order options. Wine and cheese at 5pm was also a nice touch. The staff was friendly and great location. Highly recommend this place. "
