"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

"This is the best place i have ever stayed in Massachusetts. It was my first time in Cape Cod and provincetown. But omg the front desk people were so helpful and nice. They were so sweet and provided us with all information within few mins. Check-in was easy and place was clean. Very great amenities. I loved it so much and i wish i stayed longer. Will def come back because they have pool and open spaces to hang around."

"In transition from independent to corporate owned. Making lots of aesthetic changes however neglecting the basics. No more complimentary coffee or sit down breakfast, now an overpriced coffee shop. The only bar and restaurant was not open yet either, so no food or drinks unless at the pool that closes at 4. Lots of buckets catching leaks from the roof in the lobby, gift shop is gone and space reconstruction being done. It’s an awkward experience seeing the whole place being worked on at once. Appearance is sloppy approaching summer, hopefully they’ll have it under control soon. Still can’t beat the location and beautiful coastal views."

"Seaglass was excellent from check-in to checkout. Located up on a hill with beautiful views, free parking and located within walking distance to the main streets, shops, restaurants and waterfront. The room was clean, well maintained, spacious with a newly remodeled bathroom. Comfy beds with nice soft pillows. Beautifully landscaped pool area. Free breakfast each day includes breakfast sandwiches, chocolate croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. FREE shuttle that runs several hours per day will take you to the main streets and also pick you up within a certain time of day. No worries if you miss the shuttle -it is a very nice walk. The staff was amazing So helpful and welcoming every step of the way And they greet their guests with warm home baked cookies It doesn’t get better than this! 100% recommend I will definitely stay here again!"

AWOL Hotel Provincetown

"I wish I had checked Trip Advisor before booking this motel. It is not at all a hotel. One reviewer called it "lipstick on a pig" and that is exactly what this is. An old motel that the owner slapped paint and wallpaper on, used Photoshop on the best pictures they had, and called it a day. We arrived at 9 pm to find that no staff was there - a "closed" sign on the door and not even so much as a number to call for assistance. We had to look through our reservation and track down someone who informed us that our room was left open with the keys inside. Red flag immediately. I've never checked into a hotel without any staff let alone having my room open with the potential safety risk of somone being in the room before our arrival. The door to our room was hollow and could easily be punched through, with a lock you would find INSIDE a home that had a simple kwikset and no dead bolt to speak of on the inside. The bed was a mattress on the floor, but because the owner had used unfinished wood and created a "platform" this technically qualified as a bed. We slept in our clothes on top of the bed (and in hindsight we should have just slept in our car because it was cleaner and felt more safe) and left immediately the next morning. The photos are beyond deceiving. If you want a true 4 star hotel this is at best a 2 star."

"Loved the location( center to everything in town) , staff, cleanliness and decor. Would have loved to have been able to access a vending machine or shop where I could get a morning snack / drink. However, the staff was so friendly and great. I was able to get a Diet Coke every evening for the next morning. ( Thank you Neil!) And I loved the keurig machine in the room. Thank you Pilgrim House! We had a fabulous visit and would absolutely stay there again!!"
