"Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap! "

"This was a great hotel. They allowed you to choose the frequency of room cleaning which was nice! Would have liked a recycle container in the room. Only a coffee pod machine in the room, which isn't ideal for tea (and leaks when you use it for tea), so a kettle would be preferred for this tea drinker. Otherwise the room was modern, clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay! Staff was excellent and helpful with any inquiry we had!"
"Perfect for my needs (a five-day base in a historic city with 2 or 3 easy day trips by train). Very good value and no more than 100 yards or so from the station. Comfortable room and good breakfast."
"Ok for the low price, but the carpet was very dirty in the room. The location was a bit off putting. I felt safe, but it was a bit of a trek to the train station. Outside property was quite dirty too"
