The room smelled like mildew. Not only is this hotel outdated but it needs a lot of TLC on the inside and outside. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

Property and room is showing its age. Carpet had tears and tile in bathroom was missing grout. The fitness center's A/C wasn't working so it made for an uncomfortable experience in summer. Room was a good size, staff was friendly, and there were many restaurant options given its proximity to BYU.

Descent place with larger breakfast than expected. Double bed room had enough space. Tub/shower combo. Beds were fine for 30 year old, not comfy enough for senior. Parking can be tricky when they are really busy. 2 day stay overall was fine.

It was a nice hotel will definitely stay again if I go to that area. Comfy, clean room and Breakfast was good. They had some issues with Pool area but the Hotel next to us let us use there pool and hot tub it was nice

Holiday trip

Hotel staff very friendly. Room was simply and comfortable. Rug at entrance of room was dirty, most likely due holiday snow/ski season. I mentioned this to checkout staff. She said that they would get the carpet cleaned..
